I have extensive experience working with community members that are experiencing trauma symptoms such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, oppression, and climate change distress. Additionally I offer support centered around personal growth and career changes. I am a generalist practitioner and often work with teens, young adults, adults and partners both in monogamous and ethical non-monogamous open relationships. I often draw from existential psychodynamic frameworks, Intersectionality paradigm along with trauma informed practices. I am inspired to decolonize the therapeutic process by engaging in Liberation Psychology, Queer Theory, Indigenous Theory, System Theory, Buddhist Psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology, climate justice, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive practices with cultural humility lens.

My Approach to Therapy

I value re-imagining, collaboration and the power of collective action to create a new kind of a just society. I am passionate about fighting for equity and for climate justice in our own local communities, as well as at the national and international level. I will consciously center our therapeutic relationship around anti-oppressive practices with a social justice len. I offer gender affirming care to our LGBTQIA2S+ community and an inclusive safe space for Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC) community members.
